A Fall Treat

All Day Apple Butter

5 pounds of apples - peeled, cored, and finely chopped

4 cups Splenda

2 tsp. ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp. ground cloves

1/4 tsp. salt

Put everything into Crockpot and mix well. Cover and cook 1 hour on High then 9-11 hours on Low. Stir occasionally until thickened and dark brown. Uncover and cook on Low for 1 more hour to reduce liquid.
