Sugar Free Pecan Pie
3 eggs
1/3 cup Splenda
1 cup Sugar-free Maple syrup
1 tsp. maple extract
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 cup pecan halves
pie dough for a single 9-inch crust
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
Mix eggs and Splenda then add syrup, extract, and butter. Stir in pecans. Put the pie dough in the pie pan. Pour filling into unbaked crust. Bake 25 minutes with the crust edges covered with aluminum foil. Remove foil and bake another 25 minutes or until you insert a knife in center and have it come out clean. Cool and serve.

Mmm, I love pecan pie. I might try this or some other variation. It's so good but sooo bad for you normally.
